‘The Savior’ vying at Moscow filmfest

Iranian short film ‘The Savior’ is taking part at the Moscow International Film Festival (MIFF) in Russia.

A production of the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, the film is representing Iran at the 2022 edition of the event currently underway in Moscow.

‘The Savior’, written and directed by Soheila Pourmohammadi, tells the story of a girl who has recently witnessed the death of her mother.

The cast members of the film include Mahmoud Taqavi and Setia Asadi.

The Moscow International Film Festival is one of the oldest in the world.

This year’s edition of the festival is currently underway from August 26-September 2.
